How can we STOP over building?

5 stars for best answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cut the reproduction rate. Less people will need less buildings. But then people may say you are infringing on their rights.

Alternatively go back to a simpler way of living. We can just all get rid of our modern technology and run through the forests and stuff.
