Toys R Us Girls 20 inch bike... will we be able to return it? |
Bought it today. Did not buy the warranty package. She rode it for an hour at home... wiped out... and the seat ripped and she scratched the handlebars. What do you think my chances are of getting a new bike? She damaged it herself in the course of use, so the store won't take it back. They only do that for defects. Not very likely. YOU damaged the bike -- that's not defective merchandise, that's a careless rider. What if you'd bought a new car, drove it home, wrecked it and thought the dealership should take it back because it's now damaged? |
