We have a customer who signed a personal guaranty letter for his company. I need a sample letter to collect.?

He signed a personal guaranty letter for his company. Now he has defaulted and we want to collect. I need a sample letter of collection that mentions something about this personal guaranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Just send them something simple. One to the company.

Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that you have 10 days to pay the balance owed otherwise we will be forced to take further steps to collect the amount owed.

If you have any questions, please contact our office at xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Also send one to the Personal Guarantor.

Dear Mr Smith,

Your company has not paid its obligations that you signed a Personal Guaranty for. We must receive the balance due in our office within 10 days.

If we do not receive payment in full, we will be forced to take legal steps to collect from both your company and yourself as personal guarantor.

Please call our office if you have any questions.

GOOD LUCK! It may mean a trip to court.
