How do stop a phone sales company from calling my phone...i am already on the national do not call list?

i have had a phone sales company call my cell phone 10 times in the past hour and have informed them i am on the national do not call list, and have also advised them i have not requested any information from their company online or in any other fashion. i know they use that excuse when calling illegally. i used to be in the phone sales feild and know this is highly illegal and can have them shut down for doing this. i was nice at first but i pay for cell minutes and am getting really mad about it, they just wont stop calling and it's getting exspensive and even if i send the calls to voicemail i get charged minutes. Iknow, i know, switch my cell company, but i just really want to know who to call to stop this nonsense. i asked them for their company name and it doesnt really exsist. what to do???

Oh I LOVE these calls! I keep a standard military whistle by the phone , as soon as they start their speech I blow as long and as hard as I can! It's sooooo much fun! Almost makes me sad when they quit calling. Ruined my fun. (a gym whistle will work nicely as well but no plastic or toy whistles)

they gave you a fake company name? that's horrible. well if they're selling phones, say you'll only buy phones if you know their name. for all you know, this is a scam and they just want your credit card info and if that's the case- you can call the police.
