How to start a record label? |
i really want to start a record label when i get out of school. how do i do that and what kind of money do i need to get something like that started? This may seem like an exaggeration, but I assure you, it is not; you must have lots of money to start a record label. I mean tons of money, from the range of about $1 million - $50 billion (preferable). Second, you have to have great publicity. Get yourself known out in the world, once again, that costs money. Third, you should start making products. Give people a reason for choosing you as your record label; once again, that costs money. Push Play,, nah but trust me the best way to start one is to first get in one. Go get a job or volunteer work within one major or small label. Get the experience and connections and then move on. you need to find real goals in life. this one is going NO WHERE wow join every other wanna be out there. u cant |
