Wot do u do about jerks who try to rip u off on ebay.?

for example i payed for something and the jerk said i did not so i sent another payment (m,oney order). and have relised i sent two payments. he is acting all dumb and making out i sent only one payment.

He took advantage of your inability to spell.

Report them - then try to open a pay pal account and start paying through Pay Pal only...Pay Pal doesn't fool around and if someone tries to rip you off by not sending the item, or saying payment didn't reach them, etc. they look into the issue and will resolve it in a timely manner.

bad feedback and also you can call the money order vendor and as long as you have your receipt you can find out if it's been cashed. I would report him to ebay if both have been cashed. make sure you save all your emails just in case you need them later.

i dont buy anything on ebay. i dont trust buying things from people on ebay. this kid in my class thought he bought an xbox, but when it mailed to him, he actually got an xbox BOX!!he got a box the xbox's get put in. and he paid like hundreds of dollars for it. for a freakin box.

Dont buy there item. Then report them. The best you can do now is talk to him maybe your pay didn't get through but if know it did report him or go sue him.
