Who is wholesaler?

Wholesaler means a person who has obtained a license for dealing in excisable commodities for the following purposes:

(a) To use in the form of raw materials to manufacture, prepare or produce any commodity.

(b) To trade.

Middleman; person who buys large quantities of goods
and resells to other distributors rather than to ultimate consumers.

"wholesaler" means a dealer or his agent or a stockist appointed by a manufacturer or an importer for the sale of his drugs to a retailer, hospital, dispensary, medical, educational or research institution purchasing bulk quantities of drugs.
