Can I use PayPal to send $200 to a friend w/o charges?

I need to send some money to an out-of-town friend. Can i send it to his paypal account using my checking account without getting any charges?

Paying doesnt incur charges, receiving does. Increase the amount of payment to cover the charges.

YES! just make sure they have an account and send it to them using their email.. comment, purchase just for transaction reasons.
