Call me...but seriously, first you have to take a few classes, 3 to be exact. The lowest price and best company who has been around for over 40 years, is the Realty Institute, if you call tomorrow you might still be able to get the low price he was offering for the 3 classes, but act fast. Once you order your classes, they will overnight them to you. You have to wait 17 days to take you finals. You pick a monitor to watch you take the "open book" test. I monitor for free on Sundays in Orange County, probably about 30 to 45 mins from LA, as I live in LA county. I do this on Sunday for free because I teach a class on how to pass the State test and I am already in the office. You can sign up for the state test on the Department of Real estate website. The test is easy and I have been told that any who takes my class should pass or they should not be allowed their license! Once you are licensed, depending on the extent of what you want to do in real estate you need to find an office you work well with. Hope this helps!
