I have a order problem? |
I received this email saying "We are sorry for this issue, please carefully pack and send the defective item back to us. All return merchandise must accompany with original package and invoice. If the merchandise is return back to us without the original package and the invoice, the item could be voided by our return department, so there might be no replacement nor refund. " My question is what do they mean about the invice thing? Is that like a place on the box or something? The invoice is the paper that is in the package explaining what the item is, the money you paid for it, and so on. |
