I've ordered from the amazon and my order still havn't arrived. I've contacted them?

It was suppose to arrive on December 6th but as you can see it's already the end of the month and it still havn't arrived yet! I've tried contating through email twice and got no reply. When I call them, the machine would pick up and say that the message box is full. What should I do? My order was $40 .

I had a problem similar to yours at one point earlier this year. What I did was went to Amazon.com's Help Section, and then Contact us section, and in the right hand corner there is a little box that says "Get express customer service". Click that, and you will be prompted to log in to your account. There will be a page with recently placed orders, and at the bottom of the page you will see "contact us" by either email or phone. Click the phone button, and you will see the number to call, or if you prefer, you can enter your number and they will actually call you. Once they call you, I found the wait time to be short (<5 minutes).
FYI: The automated customer service number is 1-866-216-1072, and if you're an international customer the number is 1-206-266-2992.
