Is it wrong to send a letter using 39 1c stamps?

Before you say it, I know I don't have enough room on a letter for 39 stamps, I stapled a piece of paper to it for the overflow, duh!

YES it is wrong. Stamps cost 41 CENTS now so use 41. That is funny though!!!!

Duh, the post office will not accept your letter. My idiot husband tried to use 10 stamps to mail a letter, and it was refused. lol

Hell no it's not wrong as much as those stamps are who wants to waste the 1cents stamps.Now when i mail my bills in i;m going to do the same thing Stooge and really piss em off thanks for the ideas..

where do you live cause it is 41 cents, (damn inflation). i don't see why you can't use 1 cent stamps, everywhere you go they are happy to give you pennies but look down on you when you want to pay a pack of smokes with pennies and say that it takes to long for them to count. sorry i had to vent. :-)
