What's a good pay for a operations manager position?

Is $17.00 p/h a good pay for a operations manager for a company with an estimated 7 million annual gross income?
Is on the retail department, there is only 3 stores worldwide and the one i work is in NYC.
the offer hasn't been made, this is the amount i'm comming up with. i'm i under or oeverpaying myself???

It really depends on your store location and size. If your store is smaller then you should make less. But if it's a larger one then you should make more.

I worked for a store as a Relief Assistant Manager and made $14 p/h. Then our store assistant manager was $15.50-$16.00 p/h salary. I believe our manager was at like $18 p/h salaried out.

Your pay seems low for what your position is. I would ask for about $20-$22. They probably think that you will get OT so that's why its lower. But if you don't want any OT then I would ask for more.
