How much are the 50 state quarter collection really going to be worth?

can someone please answer my ? i am really wanting to know

i honestly dont know much about coins but on the logical side i dont think they will be worth very much. i mean think about it, do u see rare coins being used for acctual currency right now? collectors and maybe other people might collect them for fun but when a person purchases something they give them state quarters like theres gonna be a million more printed. so based on that... i dont think so

$12.50, minus the cost of obtaining the board you put the different coins in! Twenty-Five cents a piece. Then add in inflation and loss of buying power because of the dropping American dollar on the markets.....well about $7.00 for the whole-bunch! People lost money collecting them! A penny is worth 3 cents for the copper!

If you have one quarter from each state, your collection will be worth $12.50 for the foreseeable future. Just look at the value of the bicentennial quarters. After 30 years, they are STILL worth $0.25 each.

The sons and daugthers of your grandkids may have a small fortune someday. You will not live to see it. Coins and even stamps are not worth very much money when millions are made. When certain coins and stamps are worth anything is when few are made and/or they have errors.

Well with Bush in office their worth crap all the way. I'm sure it's only going to drop for the next year because we have a Moron running our country. Sorry man it sucks I know.
