How long before I call about my online purchase?

I recently placed a online purchase for a digital camera...Wed...they took the money from my bank...but haven't shipped it yet. Today is Sat. How long should I wait till I call em up and complain?

First, check if they have a published shipping policy. If they state they ship once a week, you have no complaints.

Assuming there is no stated reason for them not to ship, you have every right to call them....not to complain, but to ask when you can expect to receive what you paid for. If you don't like the answer, then you may have reason to complain.
