USPS lost mail international ... they lost 2 packages from the same sender and the labels were cut...now what?

i have purchase a monitor online from Canada ( i am in USA PA) and once the package got in USA it got lost. I got a letter from USPS saying that the package was lost and that i should complete the form and send it in Atlanta in case they find it. Good ....i got in touch with the seller and he agree to send me another one....Guess what...same story once he got in US Christmas time ...got lost again :)... So i got the 2nd letter telling me the same thing send the letter to Atlanta....
One thing that upset me is that the items are 22" Computer Monitors...not a small piece of jewelery ... and the labels that came with the letters are cut with a blade. It's a can't be in my opinion so my question is what can i do now ? I need that monitor and USPS doesn't want to help. Anyone knows a way to get them in a way or another?

There is something very odd about this happening twice. Are you sure the seller is legit or just sending cut labels with the mail recovery center address? The only other possibility is that he is not packaging the the monitors at all well.

How do you know they got lost within the US? Is there a tracking number of any kind? If they were shipped from Canada, your inquiry should start with Canada Post, not USPS.
