How can I patent/trademark/register an idea? |
I have a great idea for an invention I know would work. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be on the market. How can I secure this idea so I am the only one with rights to it, and after developing a prototype, a patent so I alone can own rights to the inverntion.idea. thanks. it seems as something similar to my idea is being tested/developed, but my ideas seems to be more efficient. So in a way I want to improve the idea that is being tested although it is still not produced.
