Does FedEx ship on Saturdays?

I tracked my package and it said that it should get here on saturday. i thought they didn't ship on Saturdays but it says it should get here on saturday. i did not pay an extra fee for it either.

but why would it say that it is getting here on a saturday estimated delivery date is what it says

if it has been shipped with saturday delivery(which cost extra) then yea they deliver on saturdays. did the tracking say it'll be delivered on saturday or it'll get to the delivering station on saturday? sometimes fedex will get a package early and hold it at the station till it suppose to be delivered. in other words the station may get it tomorrow but if it isnt paid for as saturday deliver then they'll hold it till monday. why? because saturday is overtime for fedex so they dont want to pay the handlers and couriors extra for delivering that package when the extra fees werent charged to it

They have, what is called residential Saturday delivery. They do not deliver to businesses on Saturday, just Monday thru Friday.

Fedex delivers to residences AND businesses on Saturdays, just like the US postal service. I have received Saturday business deliveries because I do business on Saturdays, and there is no additional fee. Extra fees are for special circumstances, like: "I want it on Saturday even though it's 11:59 on Friday night!"

Things are cool; your delivery won't cost more.
