What does international business refer to?

What does international business refer to? Please tell the difference between international business and domestic business.

鈥淚nternational business consists of transactions that are devised and carried out across national borders to satisfy the objectives of individuals and organizations.鈥?

The Primary Types of International Business Activities Are:
* Importing and Exporting (i.e. trade)
* Direct Foreign Investment

Additional Types of International Business Include:
* Licensing
* Franchising
* Management Contracts

Domestic business means transactions that are carried out locally, e.g. a factory manufactures goods in 1 country, using materials and workers from that country, and selling its final products within that country.

I think international business refers to a business that is nationwide.

That's only what I think, considering the word 'national' and 'inter' which supposedly means 'inside'.
