Return mail question? |
I got my package return back to me from usps it said refuse what does it mean? It basically means the person that it was addressed to refused to accept it. Since I haven't seen it or know what is in it I am just speculating on this part but it could be that there was postage due on it or some other type of charge that they refused to pay or it could have been the contents that they did not want. It could be that it was addressed to someone who doesn't live there anymore, like a couple that has split up and the ex is saying that they are not going to accept the other persons mail. |
