Who now owns the Walt Disney Company?

I am doing my speech on Walt Disney and I checked google but I can't find any answers to my question. I know that after Walter died, his brother Roy took over. But when he died, Walter's wife Lillian took over but she died in 1997. And I know that the company is still running, since Disney World and Disney Land are running and new movies from disney are new every year!
