I need help. :]?

Alllright.
So, I was talking with my mom and I've decided I want to work for the Disney company.
I know is there is a very large office(somewhere?)and that is the Disney Corporation. I want to work there.
I really need some help as to what colleges I should be looking at. And what my profession would actually be called.

I don't mean to sound like I have no idea as to what I want to do, I just really don't know how to classify it.
So, if anyone has any suggestions..?

To get an idea, you can go to Disney.com and check their careers page to see the positions for which they are currently hiring, and where their offices are located around the country.

Here is a Disney web site, you can look at. In the middle of page you can select drop downs for all kinds of jobs from entertainment, to marketing, or food service etc.
Then most any city. Then below the drop downs you can click search for a list of jobs.
Look for jobs that might interest you. Then you can look for school links, or colleges that have courses for these jobs.
