Do u know the process to subscribe the new shares issued by the company? A company can issue share capital a number of ways but usually it is through a share sale. A listed public company can do this through a registered disclosure document and a stock exchange listing (in Australia the ASX - Australian Securities Exchange or the NSX - National Securities Exchange). An unlisted public company can do this through a Small Scale Offering on the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB). For further information see www.assob.com.au |
