IS IT ILLEGAL TO RESELL CANDY THAT YOU BOUGHT IN bulk TO MAKE PROFIT?? |
is it? because i want to make money quickkk (i'm 14 years old in Los Angeles) is that illegal????!?!? To buy candy like at costco in bulk and sell then to others for like a dollar to make profit?? can i do that? like legally?! :) If your selling to your friends I'm sure you'll be fine. I wouldn't recommend setting up some sort of store though, even though I believe it would be perfectly legal if you have a resale license, you could. No it isn't. I think you can earn about $650 a year that you don't have to claim. It you make a real business out of it though I would get a booklet from the IRS and a business license from the county clerk. Have fun!! |
