When you win a item on Ebay do you have to pay your bid or the persons before you? |
I know it kind of sounds confusing haha but a friend told me you had to pay the bidder below yours... you have to pay whatever you bid. the person below you doesn't matter. you pay what you bid. If your bid is higher than the person before yours [even if it`s by a few cents], then you pay your bid. But if your bid is lower or the same as the person before yours, then you`ll lose the auction unless you bid higher than the person before you. But nonetheless, it has to be HIGHER than the person before you. HOPE THAT HELPS ! You pay what you bidded, not the other person. |
