My cable company wont give me servers at my apt what can i do?

i called to get cable at my new apt and they told me they will be out betwen 8-11 and never showed up when i called they told me that there not doing any more calls for the day when i asked what happen to my time they said that there not going to provied me service because i was rude i can not get any thing but this one company i can not even get sat tv

Call back another time, if different person answers the phone then you can get away with it. If not, ask the superviser on the comment. Always ask who said what.

If you make an appointmetn, make sure you get the name.
If you talked to the person, ask for the name, so you have somethign to go back on.

guess you screwed yourself out of cable tv and now they probably blacklisted you on their computer. Doesn't pay to be rude stuff happens that throws off schedules

a written apology might help

That is strange, you need to contact someones supervisor of the company.
