What is a backorder? ProActiv company told me my order is backordered or something? What does it mean?

I paid for rush shipping (5-7 bussiness days) and my order still didn't come in 3 weeks! I called and they said it was backordered. What does this mean?

That means that they didnt order enough for all the orders they received. Now they will send it as soon as it comes in. If they had to send to China for it, that may be a bit longer but if you ordered from a good company, you should receive it soon. Be patient..........it will come.

It means they were out of stock. When they get a new shipment from the manufacturer, then they will ship.

You could have asked them to cancel the order and refund your money.

hi, backorder means, your order has kept pending till the stock available. whenever the stock will arrive at warehouse then your order will be in process to delivered.

means they are having production problems keeping up with
demand, product is going out the door faster than they can
