Are there any requirements to trade other people's money?

Do I need any type of certification in order to trade other people's money? Also, does anyone know where I can find contracts in order to do so?

The SEC (securities exchange commision) prohibits anyone from trading securities or giving investment advice without being properly licensed as a Series 7 License (General Securities Representative) and a Series 66 License that would qualify you as both securities agent and investment adviser representative.

If you do trade someone else's money and are unlicensed where there is monetary loss, you could be liable if they were to seek damages in court even if the other person agreed by contract to hand the money over knowing there would be loss. So there aren't really any contracts to do so again without being properly licensed.
