Price of home construction in Florida? |
I have a couple of lots here in Florida and I wanted to build a couple small homes for starter homes for some lower/middle income families. I live in a rural section of North Central Florida. I need these homes to be very basic with very little upgrades. I was wondering what a good estimate would be on a square foot basis for building right now. Anyone have an industry range on how much I can expect to spend per square foot?
