UPS 2ND Day Air Late.......anyone know what to do? |
Hello, If the two day rate is a guaranteed rate then they should give you your money back, but if it is not guaranteed then you are probably out of luck. Just because they call it two day does not necessarily mean it is guaranteed to be delivered in two days. At this time of the year nothing is for sure in shipping. is it the company you ordered froms fault? then you have to go to them for payment |
