Is there any way to track leads from craigslist, backpage and other sites in the Cleveland Ohio area?

I am looking to track about how many people go on craigslist, backpage and other sites only in the Cleveland Ohio area. I found alexa.com and it only tracks hits in the United States.

i wondered the same thing,
so now after i'm guaranteed the sale i ask how did you hear about us "they answer" then i say ohhhh your eligable for a extra 10% discount now

and for now on i put on my ads mention this ad and recieve 10% off
but the other answer is also true, i do get alot of spam too....

I see that every time I look at Craiglists, I get much more junk e-mail, so I guess so.
