What are some bad customer experiences that you have had?

What could that place or person done ot change your experience?

A lady lost her son in the store.... 2 hours later she decided to stroll over to Lost and Found/Customer Service (mind you, after she finished shopping) ... the entire time the young child was sitting next to me so scared and timid.

As she walks into the office, she looks at her son (who was sitting on the couch) and then yells ... "Why the F**** did you wander away from me? Then she suddenly slapped him across his face and grabbed him out of the office.

As a parent I was shocked, disgusted and appalled... First, if my child was lost I would have alerted every single person in that store in less than 5 mintues. Second, if I found my child, (after 2 hours) I would grab them and HUG them so tight... thanking GOD above for their safety

just say sorry. it is simple.
