Did you get feedback from The Gap customer service?

how can you say it's not a question:

I said "did you get feedback from The Gap customer service? " then i detailed the type of feedback I got from them. so did you get feedback?

Yes, I got the same form letter from Lisa, Customer Service Consultant.

This just wasn't the appropriate type of site for that ad since users change pages frequently on Yahoo Answers. I have a feeling they were flooded with emails this week from the sheer number of questions about the ad I have seen on this board.
