How to write ((for rent)) e-mail?

I want to send emails for banks and other big companies and institutions in my country informing them that I own a good and suitable place for them to rent and open a new branch (the place is in newly developed and highly active area)....... so I don't know how to write the email ... I mean the style or how to use the language.. It will be in English
English is not my mother language plus i am a doctor and know nothing about these types of emails
so... If u can help me with some tips or good websites... or just simple examples

Email is not a good method of introducing youself to potential customers. It is better to make contact in person and follow it up with an email. The problem is most people consider unsolicated advertising via email as spam and Iif it was me, I would tend react negatively to your email.

If you dont have the time to go in person, perhaps you should consider getting an real estate agent to broker you a deal or post to a local classified website.
