Proposal Submission?

I need the company where I work to purchase a software which will will enhance my work & I'm required to prepare a proposal for the purchase, any idea how to do this proposal? Any particular reference please.

Depends on the cost of the sw. The higher the cost, the more the need for a proposal. Basically what you need to do is tell them how much it will cost and what they will get for that cost.

Usually this includes the company saving money because they can do something cheaper with the sw. It may also mean that you can do something better with the sw. In this case you need to convince the bean counters that better will improve the branding of the company in the eyes of their customers, or, perhaps, get more customers.

The answer would be incomplete unless I know the type of work you're doing and the process of it. However every proposal submission has a generic model. Just take the generic model and customize to suit your situation.
