Well it depends, how many hits does the website receive? 拢2 is kind of low for an ad on a website but it entirely depends on how many unique hits the website receives on a daily (or monthly) basis.

If its a small website that doesnt get many then the price 拢2 is fine, if its a bigger website with continuous unique hits then no, it is way too low.
