How do i get the word out?

I'm 14 and really good with kids and i plan little kid parties. But flyers don't work and i can't get a website going Soooooo i don't know what to do! Help me!

What an awesome idea. Word of mouth is probably going to be your best bet, but do you live in a large city, small town, rural area... don't need specifics, just in general.

You are right that flyers don't work until you hit your target market and honestly a web site would be a waste right now. People go out and create websites thinking others are just going to FLOCK to their site, but that doesn't happen normally.

Where is your target market likely to be, at a day care, afternoon care, through your church, etc. Those are the areas you need to focus on.

If you have funds and your parent's help, you might want to go to a store that sells business card stock. You might want to create some business cards. See if some of your local doctor offices (pediatric type would be best) will let you leave some cards. Also you might want to post a few cards on bulletin boards.

Be careful when creating any type of advertisement though. No one needs to know your age and make sure your parents look over it so that you are protected.

Everyone else seems to have answered your qsuestion,and given you great advice... but I thought of suggesting that you let your local schools (elementary) know ask the principal firt befor posting a flyer.
Use job boards and announcement boards like Craigslist.org under small biz, place an ad for yourself, or under events. Tailor your search on craigslist as close as possible to your own town/city.
Do a search for kids or directories that offer services for kids....
