Applicaion question help: which do you consider more important. courteous prompt service or a quality product? Hope that I wouldn't have to choose, but give me quality over prompt service any day. With a quality product, you may not need any further service. The answer is in the question, "How can you have a quality product without courteous and prompt service?" Imagine the best 5 star meal, delivered cold by a rude waiter in a bad mood! Now take a flaw in that meal, with a waiter and cook staff willing to do anything to make sure you, and your date, have the most pleasurable experience, and it becomes obvious that they will correct and enhance your experience. |
