Research on Mercedes Benz?

Hi, I'm writing a research paper in my CRM class about Mercedes Benz and I need some information which I couldn't find:
-market and product range
-average revenue (don't have to be precise)
-average spend per customer
-promotional activities (for products and the company)
-pricing policy (whatever that is)
-CRM policy: what are the activities to get new customers/keep old ones
-competitors
Would be very nice if you could answer these questions or provide links where I could find the info.

-Competitors: BMW is their most direct competitor, along with Lexus, Acura, and Audi to a lesser extent, as well as Porsche somewhat (the SL's and CL's vs 911's, etc.)

-CRM Policy: I'm 18 and have an SLK230. Upon getting my car, I received loads of free Mercedes gifts like wallets, a shirt, keychains, floor mats, a watch, membership, etc. Also, I must have gotten in total 10 letters from different people within Mercedes congratulating me. I kid you not it's like being apart of some exclusive club. I've never experienced anything quite like it, even the purchasing was smooth and problem free - the buying experience was great . This is the type of experience that keeps customers, most people stay Mercedes owners for life because of the experience. Their pre-owned vehicles are also a block for bringing in new customers, its the stepping block to a future new car purchase.

Market/Range - Mercedes caters towards the high end customer. Many dealers, like the largest in US (Fletcher Jones Mercedes of Newport Beach, CA) don't even have a car on the lot, even used, under $30,000. They hold their value well, so even the used vehicles go to affluent customers. Not to say deals cannot be had, I got a good deal, but they are few and far between. And by far the company caters towards its regular customers, this is where most of its marketing and ads go towards, keeping their customers, not necessarily roping in new ones.

Hope this helps, no links im afraid, just what i know from having one and talking with the dealers, research, etc.
