I doubt it. They already have tissues made special for the purpose of safe toilet seat sitting available to you in most public restrooms . however, you could write to the Fort Howard Paper company with your ideas for a new and improved product. Make sure you write up a dynamic query letter, one that is sure to sell your innovative idea. Perhaps you could suggest they print them in pretty pastel colors or tie-dyed patterns. any thing goes
