First of all, it's really hard to read on the black. One of the main points of the web is that you need to capture attention fast, and if it takes too long to read something, then you may have lost the person in just one click. I also find the blue difficult to read. As simple and boring as it is, the easiest colours to read are black text on white.

I also think that you are trying to be too clever with the logo. You may run into problems later if you want to have it printed on businesscards etc. What about putting the logo on 1 large button?
