Have you vowed never to shop at the GAP due to their obnoxious video ads on this site?

Yes, in fact I wrote them an e-mail and told them I will never, ever shop in their store again!

That GAP AD is so annoying! I found a way to get rid of it! If you download and run Firefox as your browser, there is an add on program you can install which will make it disappear totally off your page.

Simply do a search for Firefox then for the Firefox add on called Adblock. (I tried putting in the links but got a 999 message from Yahoo.)

Once you install both of those, look down in the very bottom right hand corner of your screen where you will see: Adblock. Click on it then disable the second item up from the very bottom of the list. (At least that what worked for me.)

Also, you can write an e-mail to Gap and let them know what you think about their obnoxious, senseless advertisement:

"gap.com Customer Service" <custserv@gap.com>

I never paid attention to them, I keep the sound off.

those crazy ads are like that just give them more advertisements from people like yourself that keep repeating and spreading more of the word thats the whole point of them being so anoying is so the word spreads even more

THE AMOUNT OF ADVERTISING IN THIS COUNTRY IS ENOUGH TO DRIVE ANYONE TO CLINICAL INSANITY. IF THIS PARTICULAR ADVERTISING BOTHERS YOU THAT MUCH THOUGH IT PROBABLY WONT DO ANY GOOD YOU CAN E-MAIL THE COMPANY AND EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS. THEY DO LISTEN BUT THEY DONT ALWAYS ACT. GOOD LUCK BOB
