Calling all professional musicians: Have any of you heard of Loggins promotion in LA and if so what?

To all professional musicians out there:

I am a singer/songwriter pianist and I am like all of you marketing my career accordingly. A company in the LA area approached me recently about one of my songs that they feel from a market test would be highly suitable and successful for commercial radio promotion. The company is called Loggins Promotion and the owners name is Paul.

My questions are: Have any of you in the business heard of this company and is fo, what do you know about them? is their reputation good? Do they actually produce real and lasting results?

I need to know this urgently before I consider investing any money with them moving forward.
