Press release services !?

I'm starting my own artist management company and I wanted to use a press release writing service to help with some pr, only thing I need someone affordable as our budget is on the skimpy side, and they have to send out my press release to the media, not looking for one of those free sites where you just post up your release, I can do that myself.

sites there are some out there that
are good, anyway,

we use a company called prdepot
for our artist to help them get publicity,
since we have a lot we needed someone
who had reasonable prices and got us
results, of course there are others like
prweb, however I've never used them
personally, pr depot charges around
$100 to create a press release and $200
to distribute it all over the U.S. to the
