hi i am also a non us person and i tried few for a long time..
I have been successful with adsense and pretty happy with it till now, what i suggest is start your own blog/site and monetize it with adsense, or get some content writing assignments, you can also try data entry or writing sponsored articles and reviews.

I know about "affiliates programs". You can promote companies or product with your site, blogs, email and for every sale you make you earn money. Some affiliate program only require a website or blog and doesn麓t matter where is your country of origin. A good example of profitable affiliate program can be found here:

I don't know of any available outside of the US, but let me warn you if you don't know already. A real job on line will pay you an hourly wage. DO NOT ever pay to get a job. ANything you have to pay for is going to be a scam.
