How much would you pay monthly for an ultra targeted text link?

First lets say that you own an e-commerce business and you are leasing this text link monthly...

1) Lets say the homepage is a PR5 site.

2) The text link however, is on a PR unavailable sub-page which displays a complete description, and photos of a 70' Panasonic Plasma Television.

3) The text link will be your company name, and displayed below the TV in a special section, clearly labeled "Purchase Item Now"

4) Lets say your online store sells the exact same TV on your website.

5) The link will connect directly to the interior of your site, to your page displaying the exact TV.

6) All that's left for potential buyers of your TV to do, is to click "add to cart" on your website. You've made a sale.

Now substitute theTV example with ANY other retail item or service which you sell. The site in question is huge and has it all but the subpages with text links are PR unrated.

Not sure how many page visits/month, just that any traffic will be focused and motivated

I think it will work. I would decide how much was spent on R&D and how much a competitor would charge for the same service. Then I would set my price.
