Are buyers willing to register at various online sites to get coupons faxed or emailed to them?

Only register with online sites that you trust. I won't fax your info to anyone. Email is safer.

I typically have one separate email address for online registration so that it does not clutter my inbox when I get spammed.

If you shop with reputable online sites or coupon sites, you should be fine.

There are also some online coupon sites which can organize all the good deals and email to you. You get all the deals in one place instead of from various online sites.
