i got a travel website and i need help advertising it
can anyone help me please

Well ! there are two methods, paid and Free. Paid is quick and free one takes abit time but provides long time results. Paid is adwords, Free is SEO or Organic Search Engine Optimisation.


You need to optimise your web site. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is the only way to get good traffic free ;)

You need to do two aspects of SEO

1 is On site Optimisation, which includes adding Titles, META, Keywoerds, then content related to your META. Also Alt tag for images can optimise your images.

2nd is Off site optimisation, which includes getting good links from other web sites related to your content/topic.

Also consider Social Bookmarking for Offsite Optimisation.

I will suggest you to use http://www.Tagza.com - submit your stories there, thats Cool young web site and any submitted URL goes to its home page.

There is alot to do and it needs patience ;)

Apart from print advertising. approach as many national and international airline, accommodation and car hire etc sites as you can with a view to placing a banner add with a link. You could also try to do a "deal" with other services on your site whereby you recommend each other exclusively for a percentage commission.

Traffice alone does not mean sales. You need quality traffic to your site. Write a press release and submit it to both free and paid press release services. Search for Press Release providers, and you'll know where to submit it.
