How do you free when your co workers are progressing more than you.?

I read a quote recently that went something like:

"The only people who make it to the top
are those who don't have the qualifications
to detain them at the bottom..."

Some people are better at working at the coal
face and ultimately, they're more valuable.
Managers come and go a lot faster than the
frontline workers.

how do I feel you mean happy for them .

I am guessing it is FEEL. I would look at how and why they are progressing and see it as a challenge. Speaking with my co-workers and observing them and then talk with my manager on setting some short and long term goals.

I pretty much don't pay a whole lot of attention to what happens to my peers. I pay attention to what happens to me. If I'm progressing at a pace that I feel is fair and reasonable for what I contribute, then I'm happy. If not, I do something about it. I find out where I can improve my performance and take steps to do that. The progress of my peers is irrelevant to my own progress.
