I wanna get the copyright for the company logo where i can get that in india,?is that possible for me to do it in the online website itself..... Logos are trademarked, not copyrighted - you need to hire a patent attorney to do a trademark search to determine if someone already has one that is similar and registered - costs money and takes awhile |
